International shipping: all products will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. Please allow 14-30 business days for your order to arrive after it has been fulfilled. You should receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. We are not liable for shipping delays.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the order is placed.

We only replace items within 15 days after delivery if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at [email protected] and once you get the exchange form, you will receive instructions on where to send back the damaged or defective products. Items will not be exchanged unless the form is sent back. Please include a picture of the damaged or defective item with your email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
